After sending items back I have not received any confirmation that these are received and I have not received my refund

The delivery wasn’t great, I always feel that they leave it to the last moment to post with all my previous orders. The quality of the product are good. This is why my rating is 3/5.

I had a problem with returning an item online and Charlotte Ford ( a member of the couture club team) got back to me straight away and helped me out each step of the way. Overall it was a great experience and the customer service was amazing!!!

Clothes were of very good quality and came within 2 days

I'll start the review positive. Couture club clothing is fashionable, it's an established contemporary brand so you look good just wearing the logo, and I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't buy from there again because, as I like their clothes, I probably will. However, over the past 6 months I've slowly started noticing little things which to me seem disrespectful to the customer and almost hint towards the idea that they are all about profit with a lack of understanding of the customer. Firstly, I was emailed just before Christmas with a 20% discount code which was nice. In the same email I was told that as a club member, I would be receiving a free gift to "kick start the new year". It's nearly April and I still haven't recieved this new year's gift. When I emailed asking about it end of January I was told that they were a little behind on getting these gifts out but that I would receive it shortly. I never did. In hindsight I can't help but feel as though the gift never did exist and was merely a marketing strategy to sweeten me up and buy again off their website.I also question the trading standards legality of only being allowed credit for returned sale items as opposed to cash refund but I'll let this slide as I'm not clued up on the law of trading standards and consumer rights.I've noticed on the app there isn't a hyperlink to sale items anymore, you have to actually go on the website to see the outlet section. Also, I've noticed you can't search products in terms of price ascending. This and the removal of the sale items hyperlink on the app are I'm sure purposely done to discourage the customer from spending little money, with the intention of trying to get the customer to spend more. Its a marketing strategy and I kind of get it, but any other website allows you to search price ascending so removing this and removing the sale hyperlink from the app actually just frustrates me and comes across as a selfish ploy to get the customer to spend more in order to make you more revenue. That said, I do love the brand and the clothes are extremely well designed so I'm sure I'll buy again its just a shame about these minor things I've started to notice recently. I think the issues I've raised are customer deterrents and recommend reviewing these points as a business as I believe they will be detrimental to your revenue in the long run as customers may just resort to other brands where it does show price ascending and does have a sale section hyperlink. Just a little constructive feedback.

The coat we received was good and just what we wanted. However the delivery man let himself into our house and threw the parcel into our hallway when my girlfriend couldn’t answer the door as she was on a work call. So I complained to couture directly as I don’t want anyone entering the house obviously and we were self isolating and the response I got was, ‘my girlfriend should simply confront the driver next time he comes to the house’ so a girl home alone in the day should confront a driver yes ok. Nice customer service SophieThanks for the reply couture but won’t be changing my star rating. In this day and age when you buy a coat from a “trusted” company and can’t receive your money back when you return it to only get a credit note baffles me. So I’m £55 down and don’t want to buy anything else from couture ??♂️ Take a leaf out of ASOS books returns couldn’t be easier.

The sizing is ridiculous, I am a size 8 ordered the size 6 joggers and they just dropped off me got the smallest size possible which is a 4 and they are still huge!

Still waiting on a order from 1st December .. still not here .. terrible shipping .. 2 weeks still nothing

Didn’t include my full address on the parcel even though my details were correct on the website, meaning the parcel was unable to be delivered and sent back. It has been more than a week and I have still not received my order.Has now been more than a month. Still not received anything yet money was taken out of my account immediately. Last time I will be purchasing anything from here!
